France, 1940. Camille Sabot wakes in the back of a car, drugged and disoriented. Her latest suicide attempt has earned her a one-way trip to Chemin de vie—a remote asylum for women.
 
The staff promise a cure. The patients whisper of Dr. Hector Barousse, his cruel “Fear Therapy,” and the red door no one returns from. Girls vanish. Time itself bends within the asylum’s walls.
 
As Camille endures the doctor’s treatments, visions plague her—glimpses of the other patients’ tragic pasts. The building shifts between the present and a burned, forgotten ruin. The real madness isn’t in the women locked away here. It’s in the asylum itself.
 
And to uncover its secret, Camille may have to surrender what’s left of her soul.
